Squeeze Keywords into Your LinkedIn Contact Settings?

Nice try, but it’s not doing anything to help your SEO (Search Engine Optimization) results.  Sorry.
Contact settings do not turn up in search results.  Place those keywords into the body of your profile instead, preferably embedded into actual sentences rather than lumped together in one big, long, running “clump”.  You will gain more credibility if those words are used in context rather than being bunched together indiscriminately and not used anywhere else in your resume.
Bonus Tip: Did you know that the keywords you list in the Skills section of your profile rank higher in search results?  So beef up your skills there and show up at the top of the list.  You’ll get more viewers and reach your target audience ahead of everyone else who’s still cramming in keywords in all the wrong places!
